G-Cloud 15 Service

Crown Commercial Service has now launched the G-Cloud 15 framework. Applications are open until 30th January 2026

What is the G-Cloud?

Councils, central government, NHS trusts, schools, colleges or universities often use the G-Cloud framework as a first port of call when looking for cloud related software, hosting or support services providers.

The framework itself is essentially a long list of preapproved suppliers, with a catalogue of their products, so buyers can scroll through and find something that meets their needs before awarding that supplier a contract.

The G-Cloud framework splits products into 3 main categories:

  • Lot 1a: Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS)
  • Lot 1b: Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) above OFFICIAL
  • Lot 2a: Infrastructure Software as a Service (I-SaaS)
  • Lot 2b: Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Lot 3: Cloud support services (Additional Services)

NO WIN NO FEE GUARANTEE

We offer technology providers a full end-to-end framework application service, offering a guarantee that you will be successfully awarded a place on the framework, or your money back. Get in touch for more information on our terms and offer.

The Application process begins with a series of self-declarations, commitments to comply with the framework rules and contract terms, as well as details about your organisation.

Next, we prepare a product page. This acts like your product’s catalogue profile whereby any buyer can review to see if it meets their requirements.

Key components of the application include:

  1. a “Service Definition” document detailing the product;
  2. a transparent pricing submission including any variations, combinations and discounts;
  3. a set of terms and conditions that you want to apply;
  4. a consultancy rate card for various positions within your company

The key here is that all of your products features and functionality, the ins and outs of your services, all need to be transparently described and defined to allow buyers to make a judgement whether to award a contract or not.

The G-Cloud 15 framework application is currently LIVE and will close 30th January 2026. Get in touch with us today to book in our G-Cloud service and we can meet with your team and start preparing the essential documents needed to compliantly win a place on the framework.
